PLEASE READ

No refunds, no exchange, merchandise credit only within 7 days.  

Returns will be issued for merchandise credit only

While we offer accurate descriptions, we understand items may not fit and you may need a different size.  We kindly ask that you mail your items back asap in order to receive your merchandise credit. 

Returns for merchandise credit must meet these requirements: 

  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

  2. Items must be in original condition and with tags attached, including any additional hangtags.  

***Any merchandise marked “final sale” cannot be returned.  Non-returnable merchandise includes sale products, socks, undergarments, etc. 

 

Please note that we inspect all items before shipping.  We reserve the right to refuse credit to any return that does not meet our requirements, such as signs of wear or smells of smoke or fragrance. 

 

The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Lounge. Leisure. Layover. 

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable 

  2. Please include your original packing slip.  If you’ve misplaced your packing slip please include a note with your full name and/or order number.  If applicable, a merchandize credit will be issued and send via email.

FAQ'S

HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped asap and within 1-3 business days.  Please note we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, unclaimed/refused packages, or items mailed to incorrectly supplied addresses.  You will be supplied with a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email so that you may track your package.

COST OF SHIPPING?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Please add your items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where will you see the shipping options and prices.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped asap and within 1-3 business days.  You are notified once your order has shipped, of the estimated arrival time for US orders: 

  1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days. 

  2. Priority 4-5 business days 

  3. Express mail 1-2 business days (guaranteed within 2 business days) 


Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders at this time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will be supplied with a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email so that you may track your package.

DO YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

No price adjustment on previously purchased merchandise.
